DUTY OF CARE

The “Duty of Care” obligation that companies have for their employees has become increasingly important in recent years.

Insight into the possibilities of, and excellent relationships and cooperation with, KLM Health Services, among others, are available to Radboud University to optimally meet the necessary information needs of bookers and travelers.

If a disaster occurs, we are immediately able to scale up our staffing, even outside office hours (our 24-hour service is fully equipped for this). Depending on the emergency, we also extend our opening hours to ensure optimal accessibility. In the event of a very serious emergency (natural disaster, war situation, etc.), we can organize our organization in such a way that some of our employees proactively approach customers and travelers to discuss alternative travel options and arrange rebookings. The other part of our organization remains available to answer incoming calls.
