Brussels Airlines: We Go The Extra Smile

Brussels Airlines is a Belgian airline group with the most extensive number of flights to and from the Europe’s capital Brussels. The 43 aircraft and more than 3500 employees of the Brussels Airlines group guarantee more than 300 daily flights to more than 60 European, African and US premium airports.

The European destinations operated by Brussels Airlines are operated mainly with the Airbus A319, A320 and Avro RJ100. Brussels Airlines offers a choice from four different travel classes: Bizz&Class, Flex&Fast, Light&Relax and Check&Go. The medium- and long-haul passengers are welcomed in “Business” and “Economy” class. Long-haul flights are being operated with Airbus A330-200/300 aircraft.

Besides the 19 destinations in Africa, Brussels Airlines offers in cooperation with its intercontinental partners long-haul flights to United Arab Emirates, China, Thailand, India and North America. Brussels Airlines is fully owned by SN Airholding and continues to build on the more than 80 years of aviation history. In June 2009 Lufthansa entered as a shareholder by purchasing 45 per cent of the capital in Brussels Airlines. Since 9 December 2009 Brussels Airlines is a member of the global aviation alliance, Star Alliance, the world’s biggest airline alliance.
