VCK Travel complies with the latest information security standard

To protect people’s individual rights, VCK Travel has adjusted and designed its business processes in such a way that the processing of personal data of both our customers and our employees is adequately secured and protected. To guarantee this, the personal data will be exclusively used for the purpose for which they have been submitted or collected. After all, the best way to prevent a data breach is to make sure you minimise the amount of data you possess.

A strict approach to data protection is expected within our sector, and for our customers, the protection of their personal data is obviously essential. In order to be able to comply with these requirements, VCK Travel has set up an information security management system, for which we have been granted ISO 27001:2013 certification. In addition, VCK Travel is PCI DSS compliant, and we also comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which will come into effect on 25 May 2018. This regulation makes it obligatory for companies to take the necessary measures with regard to processing (sharing and saving) of privacy-sensitive personal data and ensuring their security.
